WTF - SURVEY the Players why don't out!!!!!!!

Basic rule in business: In a niche market SURVEY the PLAYERS. Why was it that places for the London Open were snapped so fast? A hugely appealing tournament that captured the hearts and minds of the players. Why was the financial structure of the event so popular? IMO, with additional playing rooms the organisers could have catered for more players and these additional places would have been snapped up just as fast.

Chiva, and to all TD's out there, your not asking the right questions! Its the players that make the wheels of backgammon turn; piss them off and you might as well park the bus, dismantle the pinic tent and go home.

Dont ask what the players can do for you, ask what you can do for the players.

Survey the playesr! It doesn't get anymore clearer than this.
