The train has already left the station, but if you run real fast (and don't trip on the ties) you might just be able to grab the railing on the last car.

24/21, 8/4

(And probably the 2nd best play is one no human would likely even consider, at least for more than a split second. Course now that I've brought it up, it will turn out to be the best play. Super QF! :)
