Attendance at ABT tournaments (not "events")

Would it be a bad deduction to estimate that most of the 82% who attend 1 or fewer tournaments each year are locals?

Some of the ~7.5% who attend about 2 tournaments a year must also be locals in greater L.A., in Las Vegas or in greater Chicago.
