A deep understanding of the game requires a lot of experience. So play a lot!

The fastest way to learn is to play with very strong players and discuss plays with them. Ask why they make all these silly plays. Ask them to point out when you make blunders, pointing out to you why your play is a blunder.

Play a lot with the bot. Review the match and focus on all your errors, trying to understand why they are errors. Review also your plays where you weren't sure.

Do manual rollouts of your errors. Playing out positions on a board will give you a good idea of what is going on.

Read Walter's book (Bootcamp). Read some of Robertie's books (even though Stick doesn't like Robertie).

Play some more. Play at GG where there is plenty of action.
