Black can take if he can win 16%, and he doesn't have to worry about gammon losses. It seems to me that Black has that, since Yellow still needs to get her straggler around, and she may even leave a shot on her 8pt. It's not completely clear to me, though, and if Yellow escapes her back checker and Black dances again then I think I would drop as Black. So I would double. Yellow kills her gammons by doubling, but her gammon value is low anyway.
