It is relevant that the redouble does not give an active cube to the opponent.

"This is pretty volatile since 66 and 55 always lose the mkt likewise any other 6 or 5 followed by a dance. That's 14.6 big mkt losers in 36 games."

The market loss cannot be too big when the cash is at 84% and the gammons are killed after the cube. Being able to play on for gammons lessens the severity of market loss.
