In Response To: Microsoft Games "Internet Backgammon" (Marv Porten)

A bridge partner of mine (Gold Rush Pairs winner with me) who I just met for the event in Crystal Lake Saturday told me that she love's BG and plays there but is always frustrated by quitters.

I mentioned XG2 as a study tool and also that I could see about getting her onto GG if she's really serious. I'll shoot her an email with a couple links.

The gap in desire, understanding, knowledge about BG between "good" casual players and top experts in BG is massive, but its not surprising that you can find the occasional good player at some sites.
