minimum wage

Thats interesting. Minimum wage is always a topic when it comes to political and economic discussions and elections in Germany and with a few exceptions there isn't any so far.
Think it doesnt matter that much if its ER or PR - 0.4 millipoints per move or per decision - cause the millipoints are normalized. In a money session (jacoby, no automatic doubles) it should be about 3 times the 0.0004 if it comes to equities/cost
A more convenient way might be like this if we only know about the difference in PR:
"For unlimited games, 50 ELO points are worth about 0.100 cost. This means that if a player is 200 ELO points better than his opponent, he can expect to win 0.400 points per game."
2.7-2.3 * 33 = 13.2
0.100 cost / 50 * 13.2 = 0.0264 per game (the ELO-Calculator indicates similar ppg result with a difference of 13.2 in ELO)
So in this imagination Stick needs 3 games per hour to exceed the Chicago minimum wage. Given your example he plays 9 games/hour and he should expect to win 0.0264 * 9 * 10 = 2.376 points
