If you play a 10 and forget to collect the money you luckily won, then it's unlikely that you will raise suspicion of cheating.

If your online PRs are significantly better than those posted by the best players in the world, and you achieved those PRs while taking a lot of time to make many of your plays, then it is more likely that some players might start wondering.

I agree that it is a shame if someone has to intentionally change their behavior in order to be perceived as a fair, honest player.
