Pair of moves???

In Response To: The meaninglessness of money-game sessions (Bob Koca)

I'm surprised here or maybe misunderstood you both. Isn't Snowie ER calculated by dividing EMG loss of one player by total number of moves (not pairs), and that's why it's usually much lower than gnubg-style ER, which is EMG loss of one player divided by number of that player's decisions?
