Hmmm...it seems I've been misunderstanding Snowie ER all these years then! So I guess my calculation is off by a factor of 2. That on top of Bob's observation that I neglected the cube level, which probably adds another factor of 2 or so. Oh well, so I guess my minimum-wage joke isn't going to stand up.

But I don't think you're correct about the difference between Snowie and GNU. The main difference there, I think, is that GNU excludes "trivial" decisions. If it were as you say, then I think the GNU rating would be more than twice the Snowie ER, which it typically isn't.
