Is it supposed to make some kind of difference if you do the coin flips before you form a hypothesis?

One could easily calculate the odds that out of 1000 people guessing at a true rate of 50% on 100 flips, the odds that any one of them will be much better than 50% (high). One could also calculate the odds of any one of those 1000 people guessing much better than 50% on 1,000,000,000 flips (low).
