Fair enough, I can agree with that. But that doesn't mean that you can't say anything meaningful at all.

For example take a case akin to Hank Youngerman. Let's say you are given a sample of 200 matches, 100 matches at a 8.0 PR live and 100 matches at a 0.1 PR online. Is it really necessary to go out and collect more data before you can say anything meaningful about whether he is cheating?
