So that's what I should have said when I played Phil and I won???

As for the do not rejoice, I take it he means visibly. And with someone you don't know. My friends and I tease back and forth and we like that part.

Do not roll until your opponent has clearly picked up his dice <-- good manners and in the rules, if I remember my Hoyle correctly (can't find my copies offhand).

I'm with you on the playing slower bit Stick. A fault of mine also.

You already know the answer to the headphones one.
