More Ramblings

"Any time you have market loss you should double, sometimes you should even double when you're the dog." Exactly and that's why a certain player was so unhappy with me winning the last match we played when the zone was still open. He cubed me. I thought I had enough to take it and redouble for match, rolled some good sequences and won. I still consider him a better player than I am so took the shot. Can't say I care if we play again. Don't want to know him more unless his attitude changes. Yeah, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't abide poor sports.
Yes it's a D/T. The proof was this morning when I played a friend and she gammoned me on my 2 cube after those exact rolls and the D/T. Hate that.*grin*
I've been known to complain for my opponents...as in, wow your dice really suck. Or, you've really pissed off the backgammon goddess haven't you? (Definitely fickle so possibly more female, at least according to men).
Personally, I think I whine less than most and I do not comment when my dice are horrific. It's obvious in my opinion. I have been tempted to throw the monitor out the window on occasion, and no-one actually sees or hears me cursing so that's ok yes? (I play online). Actually, I laugh more than anything else. Much better than crying! *grin*
