You are partly right, and that is why I said 'I like', understanding there is some subjectivity in that judgment. For me personally, it is with Nack and Stick that I most often feel that I understand the play after reading the analysis/commentary. And I think there are many others for who it is the same.

I have never taken lessons or training on BG, so I cannot judge who are good trainers/teachers: but being a good trainer requires a different set of skills from being a good commentator.
