If both players know what they're doing (and that's a big IF) I don't think this is a cube for $. Three anchors, even when primed (and broken) leaves good prospects, and this hasn't reached that point yet, even with a cover.

If White isn't good at backgame play (but Blue is good at its defense) then I still don't think this is a cube because White never would have gotten himself into this position if he weren't (over)confident of his ability to play backgames.

Finally there is the score issue. The risk/reward for being down -4C compared to ahead -3, -5 is not as good as at $-play. Again, though, if White doesn't understand this then there is not much rush to send it, unless this is a technical pass (or close to it). Note that White can win gammons as well.
