Using a straight racing formula, (41-5)/7 ~= 5. White's point of last take is then 41 +5 = 46 pips. I'm not seeing much adjustment to do here - blue has a gap, but that still puts him within 3 pips of the point of last take for an initial double. A redouble to four would be a harder decision.

Double Take is my verdict.
