In the world of bridge, he's know as Ron Rubin. Won the 1983 Bermuda Bowl, coauthored the "ultimate club", a revolutionary book. Rubin used the ultimate club methods with Granovetter and later with Becker (not only in 1983, but also in another Bermuda Bowl attempt in 1993).
