When Should Intermediates Move into the Open?

In Response To: When Should Intermediates Move into the Open? (Prince Barlow)

I'd like to see the ABT keep stats on "tournaments attended" and "average ABT points won per tournament" for each person. In my opinion, the latter would be a good indicator of which division a player belongs in. Going further, I think it would be a good foundation for a world ranking system.
