....even well after the fact, and knowing who won beforehand, and -- in my case -- with no rooting interest and nothing personally at stake. Gotta love those dices.

BTW, I don't know Ben Friesen at all, but I instantly formed a high opinion of him based on his willingness to post this match. Serious backgammon players in general are long on imagination, and guts, and resiliency, and humor, and many other qualities, but there isn't a whole lot of genuine humility out there. Ben Friesen wanted to share this highly entertaining match on this forum despite his own double-digit PR -- well below (no doubt) his usual standard. A class thing to do.
