I think the GG play here may well be to run. By making the 5pt right away, you expose a 2nd blot, allow opponent to maybe point on you, and he can hit loose with the 4 back already (double anchored). I prefer to run away, and make the 5pt next time, or indeed, whichever good point presents itself according to the roll. Also, when you make your 5pt in this roll, then you are giving your opponent an extra few numbers to hit you long in the outfield, which really upsets you (unless you hit back from the bar).
