I have my doubts too, and I think that people are in general far too quick to equate "the right play" with "the top play according to the rollout."

However, the takeaway here, as I see it, is that slotting the 5pt has a lot of merit. Like almost anyone else, I would have played 15/5(2) almost automatically. At minimum, the rollout shows that one should be alert to another storyline that could unfold from this position.
