Fast Roll ?

I would let it stand because...come on. Still, I might say something about the fast roll and technically it could be considered against the rules. I don't want my opponent rushing me, wait your turn to shake and roll, is that so hard? I'm assuming I wasn't sitting there staring at the 64 and mentally whining to myself and that I had simply rolled and would pick my dice up quickly.

If you don't wait until your turn my attention is elsewhere (picking up the dice) instead of watching you roll as it should be. I want to see you shake, I want to see the dice tumble out, I want to see them land flat on the board, I want to see you make your move. At no time should both players' hands be over the board at the same time.
