Very good, Michael. You found the rule unsatisfactory, and you applied a simple fix. That's so much better than not rewriting a rule, which leaves fair and uniform enforcement reliant on the remote possibility that everyone has the same sense of "common sense." I think your addition is an improvement. I'd like to see the ABT and WBA non-clock rules similarly amended.
