Crossing over gives us the outside chance of blotting next turn with 66. I think we should play the inefficient looking 18/13, 16/14. That's safe for next turn and we may be able to correct the inefficiency then. Only when we see immediate market regainers do we consider doubling, no matter how inefficient our bearin looks to be. If the cube had been turned already I'd likely ignore the outlier and play 18/11.
