Can the opponent invoke a fast roll call here, despite having no move to play?

Which answer do you like best, Seth?

1. Yes.

2. No.

3. Accept the play but (a) you must or (b) you might warn that you (a) will or (b) might penalize future fast rolls.

4. Follow the rules that you're using.

5. The answer is "no," under rules that you're not using.
