Maybe you mean that you have a description of a system that has been copyrighted by WBA. If that's what you mean, no problem.

Maybe you mean that you mean you have trademarked the term "WBA Tournament Format". I don't see anything wrong with that either.

But if you are trying to claim credit for a system that Mustafa came up with independently, I don't think that's right. And if you are trying to say that nobody else can use some particular tournament format without your permission, then I agree with Storm's "lol". Don't be silly.
