Sounds fun.

Not sure if this rule is clear to me: "A player may not win more points than he has left against each player he plays (If the player in the box has 4 points, he can lose 4 points to each of his opponents or win 4 points from each)"

If he loses, he's out and the total number of points increases to above 4*12? If he loses a doubled backgammon, the other players each win 4; if he wins a doubled backgammon, he wins 12?
