21/13(2) likely leads to a cube next turn. With the race lead, getting off the anchor (safely as here) is quite valuable. The 5-point is strong but that makes it difficult to escape White's side of the board. This one could fit under the "when you have the choice between two good things, choose the one that is more difficult to accomplish".
