Assuming that you mean that Blue starts the game with an opening roll of 1-1, with White already owning a 2-cube, I'll take Blue in your prop, and I don't think it's close. If instead you are only describing the opening position, and either Blue or White can win the opening roll, all the better for Blue.

If the roll were instead 3-1, I'd expect Blue to be a small prop favorite, between equal and good players. As excellent an opener as 3-1 is, 1-1 is a much better roll.
