I would have hit here. If we don't hit then we likely get into a holding game where we have a persistent disadvantage and the opponent has an easier game to play than if we hit. Even without the bot info, it's fairly clear that hitting wins more often and is more gammonish both ways. As Stick likes to say, when in doubt, make the DMP play.
