2-point matches with doubling cube

There are several ways to make a 2 point match with the doubling cube could be an extremely fascinating game:
1. neither party can double until the 6th roll. Now, there is the possibility that you might be too good to double; there is the possibility that you could be close to the take point; it could be "too good/take." (In this case, you might have to intentionally make a bad play to keep from losing your market.)
2. Another way to make it interesting is if the tournament director hides the doubling cube and you can't use it until you find it.
3. Play it as speed gammon.
4. Allow no cube until you have at least 3 point made in your inner board.
