I am 67 years old. I would consider it to be an insult if you gave me more time because I am older. I know I will feel the same way when I am 87 years old. However, if someone is 25 years old and has a mental or physical problem, I will gladly give him a reasonable amount of time to make his plays. But even then, if his play is so slow that it holds up the tournament, sorry, he should not be allowed to play. I am willing to be courteous to him if he is also willing to be courteous to others.
