In Response To: would jump through hoops?? (Martin Sterel)

If you were called a fraud. Would you also not have a ambivalent feeling( especially if you know from your self you are not a fraud) between wanting to prove your self but at the same thinking “Fuck you”.( Pardon my French , but I would think that silently).

Yes, I would.

I would just as much have feeling that I would not jump through hoops if I was real. I would be really torn between that or proving my best when it is clear that you have nothing to win.

I would fell that I have a lot to win, but that's just me.

I just would try to play my best in the next few years live instead and show them. Can you honestly say that you would not be offended. That this type of reaction( not saying Stick feels that way, I could imagine he would however ) seems just as natural to me as any other.

Instead of waiting for a few years I would try to settle it right away and win free roll or any kind of bet that comes with it. I can honestly say I would be offended.

Now Hank Youngerman from what I read on internet was probably never playing live where Stick is. I assume Stick intends to play live the next few years. So I would not find it strange if Stick will show the world he is not a cheat on his own terms. Should he decide to take up the challenge , great.

If taking it slowly is his plan, I wish him all the luck. The truth is I don't know what his plan is. He may come back tomorrow and say, "Let's play". He may keep ignoring Bill's offers. Only thing I know is playing 4.x on average--like he did in Novi--does not help his case. He can give you reasons why he played worse than his online PR suggests he should, but how do I know if he speak the truth?

If he does not , he reacted just human as anyone else. He either is or is not but I do not believe he should be having to face a Spanish inquisition if there are other ways. Attending tournaments , play your best. Or play recorded matches with people friendly to you.If Stick would sit down for instance with MCG one time or any one else playing 10 to 20 matches he just as easily could prove it.

Stick wrote this in one of his posts," If there were any significant money in it I'd probably accept whatever you can come up with...Let's hear the prop!" Now he has both significant money and the prop. Choice is his. I am not saying if he refuses he is automatically a cheater. If he plays 10 or 20 matches, as you say, and proves himself this way I will be among the first to apologize.
