Yes, It is legitimate, Xavier can just check his books and see I did not use his promotion as a member of the USBGF :).

Only I am not sure I get the same results after all updates since it is a download (not disk) and I don't remember how the updates appeared. I think I should always dowload the fresh version from his site and enter my personal key?
