White shouldn't get crushed on the next turn but he might in multiple rolls. What is White's GP? Play an 18-point game? A two defensive point game (20-18 being one option with other options counting on getting knocked off the 20-point)?

I'd reluctantly take but I'm far from sure. That makes the double easy.
