Having an option to manually enter dice does not equate to having to carry a pair of dice. All those players may need is the ability to enter dice from an external generator, and as I mentioned above there are plenty of such apps available. With such an option nobody can complain the dice are rigged by your app. I'm not an app developer, so to my layman's mind this seems to be a simple effective solution.
