GNUBG (which I have worked on for the better part of a decade) has a manual dice feature. Most of the time the people who complain about the apparent rigged dice are told to use the manual dice. Often experiments are offered up to an opinionated individual that can show the bot plays the same way given the same rolls (and same plays) whether they were manually entered or came from a previous match using a PRNG. If GNUBG knows what is coming it should play differently to maximize the added equity it sees by peering at the next roll.

History tells me most don't use the manual dice option even when offered up, as many will still complain the dice are rigged. A person who has a real need to use Manual dice will use it. It is just my personal opinion the typical user won't.
