Stick might be willing to email you money-game rollouts of the positions from Kit's book. This will give you the correct action for money and the equities for the cube actions.

For the W/G/B information, doing a separate rollout with the cube capped at "cubeless" (as Rick Janowski explained) is more reliable than taking the W/G/B information from a money-game rollout. It takes extra time but if you really want to create reference positions and memorize the information, I think this would be worth it.

Casper suggested including the cubeless equity, but I've never found this to be useful. Your mileage may vary.
