That does seem a little odd. The few times that I've done a true cubeless rollout, I think it was for checker plays; I don't recall noticing what you're reporting here.

Do the ND and D/T probabilities differ from each other? I can't see why that would be the case. Come to think of it, why would the bot be doing two separate rollouts anyway?
