Suppose you win a 16 cube the first game. Does that count as winning 8 points in a row from 0 - 0?

I don't know, I was just trying to clarify what Bill was asking -- this is his question.

Your question points out the kind of confusion that exists when asking questions like, "What are the chances of rolling five doubles in nine rolls?" Do you mean "exactly five" or "at least five"?
