I note that not only has Beige jumped off to a nice race lead (meaning losing that asset by getting hit is worth avoiding), but this roll doesn't play great by going all out for purity.

Covering the acepoint looks like half the roll. Moving the last two in tandem (as opposed to some kind of super-(ugly)-blitz attempt like 8/2*) seems appropriate. That leaves several choices, but 24/21(2) appears to mesh well with the the GP of maintaining the race lead, avoiding blots, and still holding out the option of attacking next turn.
