Hmmm that is an interesting cross of theatre and backgammon. Why do not u try other scenes in the public as well, like:

1) Whoever looses has to start laughing as loud as he can non stop for 2 minutes coming up with a very short sentence that he repeats and laughs. 2) In a place like a bus etc. where people listen even if they do not want to, whoever looses has to hold his phone and pretend he is talking to his girlfriend. Then suddenly he should pretend that his girlfriend dumps him and get into panick mode by saying loudly please do not dump me etc. 3) if u want to up stakes another funny that I know is that the guy who looses just has to skip a queue in a very very decisive way no matter what the others say. Of course the other player chooses the queue.
