Two plays are attractive:
1) 13/7*(2): taking the initiative and the race lead.
2) 24/21, 9/3, 6/3: grabbing an anchor, unstacking the 6-point, making a homeboard point in the process, and leaving no blots.
In terms of sheer number of pluses, 2) appears to win the argument. But there's a wildcard -- hits have more value than often appears. (This is one of many forms of the cliche' "when in doubt, hit".) Here the position after the hit looks good, even though it leaves some blots. I'm going with the hit.
