Two Stage Timing

In Response To: Two Stage Timing (Colin Owen)

The current system is fine just as it is and note that in LA, Patrick's time control is 13 seconds delay. Two stage timing will introduce an unneeded complexity and many clocks can't handle it.

Re: cocked dice..get rid of the idiotic rule that dice rolled on top of checkers are cocked !!
