In Response To: Peoria Clock Discussion (Henrik Bukkjaer)

A total of 20 sec (delay plus reserve) seems more than adequate to me to save a panic stricken maladroit from dice cocking himself out in a match. Thus, with a 12 sec delay, set the minimum reserve at the start of a game to 8 sec; with the 15 sec delay, 5 sec.

But it sure does involve a certain amount of faffing about in between games. It's not unworkable though.
