In Response To: Peoria Clock Discussion (Bill Riles)

I'm not sure if anyone was chastising Linda for her decision to ask the players if they wanted to finish on the clock but as I see nothing wrong with it at all I think the simplest way to explain my stance is to ask "What are the main reasons we use clocks?"

In light of the answer to that question I think Linda's proposition is totally rational and fair. Either player can say no and finish it out on the clock. I don't see an issue.
