Backgammon Olympiad...a one day tournament with 110% return

I forgot to mention the reason I have organized this one day event...

I need to know how long it will take to play theses sessions so I can properly organize next year's Giants of Backgammon Invitational. It looks like these three sessions along with one additional session of two or three 7-point matches will make up the first phase of the Giants event.
