Backgammon Olympiad...a one day tournament with 110% return

In this session you will play 4 matches in total against 2 opponents. So the opponent you play 2-away, 4-away you will also play 4-away, 2-away and the same is true for 3-away, 6-away, and 6-away, 3-away.

I had origionally planned to award points base on the away-scores but decided against it...and here is why. Sapose you and I play and we both win our 2-away score. We would get 2 points each. At the same time sapose Falafel and Mochy played each other and both won the 4-away score. That would give each of them 4-points. I do not think that would fair. That possibility could also lead to collusion and I would never want to have that issue brought up at a tournament I am running. I believe it is the directors responsibility to minimize the possibility of collusion at all times. Those are the two reasons are why I am awarding points in this manner.
